We collect information you submit, including name, email, telephone number, account details, orders, advertising submissions, and support messages. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by BoatSpot Media.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, process purchases, deliver downloads and products, operate advertising campaigns, prevent fraud, provide support, and maintain business and tax records.
Service providers
We use providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for customer authentication, and hosting and email providers needed to operate the service. They process information according to their own privacy terms and our configuration.
Advertising measurement
For paid advertisements we record a privacy-protective visitor identifier, date, approximate region, and charge amount to count valid clicks and reduce duplicate billing.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information through our contact page. Some records must be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
