Digital videos
Because downloadable videos are digital goods delivered immediately, sales are generally final after access is provided. Contact us promptly if you purchased the wrong video, received a damaged file, or cannot download your purchase.
Physical products
Unused physical products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Advertising balances
Unused advertising balance may be reviewed for refund upon written request. Valid click charges already delivered are nonrefundable. Rejected advertisements may be corrected or reviewed for refund of the unused balance.
