Purchases and access
BoatSpot Media sells licenses to download original boat footage and physical merchandise. Prices and availability are shown before checkout. Video download access is provided after successful payment and remains available for 15 days.
Permitted use
Purchased footage may be used for personal viewing and ordinary personal sharing. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute the original file, remove ownership notices, or present BoatSpot Media footage as your own commercial inventory without written permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Use the same verified email used at checkout to associate purchases with your account.
Service availability
We work to keep search, checkout, account, and download services available, but maintenance, internet outages, storage connectivity, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
